Default help me with pricing

This may not be the right place to post this, so feel free to move the thread if you need to.
I'm considering getting rid of my car and getting something else. I don't think it is worth a lot, but I'm curious as to what ballpark figure I would be looking at.
The car is a red '97 GT with about 128K on it, with the few mods in the sig. Cloth interior in very good shape (one very small tear in drivers seat), power driver seat, 5-speed, has brand new P.I. intake (stock one cracked).
There is sometimes a puff of smoke after it has been at idle for a while. I'm thinking valve-stem seals. I may be wrong. Also, I think I may have a synchronizer acting up in the tranny. It tries to grind every once in a while going into 3rd or 4th. It is rare, but it happens.

I also have a '94 Mark VIII motor I'd like to get sell WITH the mustang. It is from a wrecked Lincoln with about 40K on it. It has been sitting a little while, but it spins freely by hand with no problem. I was told it is the Teksid aluminum block. I also have near new Ford Racing shorty headers, 96-98 Cobra valve covers on it (silver instead of the mark viii black). I have the original ECU, wiring harness, fuel rails, injectors, etc. I don't think all of that is needed, but I have it.

I also can get a 96-98 Cobra intake manifold, new BBK throttle body, adapter plates (I think they're called IIRC), and possibly a set of underdrive pullies. I have a friend that has these parts and I told him I would buy them but I just have yet to get around to do it. He was in no hurry to sell and said that he would hold them for me. Also, I may have a bead on a used, complete Vortech blower kit that would fit this application (96-98 Cobra) from the same friend. I could help the buyer get the blower for a good price. Just fyi

Please give me some educated input. Please no B.S.

Thanks

I also forgot to mention the body is in pretty good shape. There is two decent dents in it when mindless people backed into me and took off. You can see one above vent behind driver door. The front bumper has a few rock chips. Other than these, its in pretty good shape.

Well, the miles are getting up there and I'll be getting married before too long. We'll be getting her a nice car and I was just thinking of getting into something more reliable and practical for the time being.

I haven't decided yet, just thinking

Honestly, the car is worth 4500-5500 dollars if the body is in relatively good condition.

I don't see how 5k will help you get into something nicer, so I would suggest purchasing a new, quality daily driver and keeping the stang as a project car.

Yea thats what has stopped me so far. I'd like to keep it and get a daily driver if possible.

Just weighing all options
