Default Borla Non-Stingers ?'s

How do the Borla mufflers ("standard") compare to the Stingers. I've have listened to the Stinger and like the sound but I don't like the popping the Stingers have when you are off the throttle, are the standard mufflers different? Do the standard mufflers get loud when near WOT?
Thanks

I've heard they are the SAME as the steeda mufflers...

everything i've seen/head does not come anywhere near justifying the high price of the regular borla chambered mufflers

yeah a kid at my school has a 95' gt with o/r x and the pro xs i believe, and they are loud as F*** when WOT, you can literally hear him on the road inside the class AND no popping when he lets off the throttle.

thats my next exhaust definitely

do the regular borla exhaust come with an oval muffler?

that what mine has and it does not have any popping during decel.
its pretty quiet when cruising, and when you get on it its not real loud but sounds good.

im currently waiting for a pypes o/r x

I'm pretty sure the Borla regular catback is straight through like the stingers, much like the regular magnaflow compared to the magnapak.

I have the Stingers myself and I'm not sure what you mean by poping when I decelerate? I know that when I am at a standstill and rev the engine it does have some poping sounds when the RPM's drop at times but it's not that bad. I think I've heard it from many other catbacks too

By poping when it decelerates he means that the mufflers kinda backfire because of the pressure in the exhaust system. This is very common with straigh flow mufflers(glasspack type)

Exactly, the "popping" on Stingers seems to be at any RPM's, I've heard it on 4 Mustang (2-Terminators, 1-2V, 1-3v). But it also is worst in colder weather on my brother's Cobra (w/Stingers). What about power increases of each models?
thanks for the help
