If these heads are $2K, what would be a total to get the car rolling? How much AVG for an install? Would you need a dyno tune after install?

I edited my posts and anyones who quoted me. Everyone (including myself) needs to give these a chance before making speculation.

The TW 4.6 head will be available in 2 chamber sizes (38cc and 44cc) to work with both PI and non PI engines. The intake valve was relocated to the other side of the cam. They have 1.84 intake and 1.45 exhaust valves and we use a beehive spring that is capable of .600" lift. With the way the valves are located in the head you will have better piston to valve clearance.

The flow numbers you have seen are from the "as cast" 185cc runners. Right now as cast they flow 240@ .600 on the intake and 185 on the exhaust. I will tell you that there is a lot of room for cnc or port work to be done and some of the numbers mentioned earlier in this post are easily obtainable!!

For those of you asking about pricing I will tell you that they will be priced in the same range as some of the stage III ported heads out there. Pricing should be hammered out by the end of the year and you can call our dealers to get that information. Right now I can tell you they will be in the $2195-$2395 range.

From the flow bench testing we have done here they are 10-15 CFM above the best CNC'd head out there.

They offer some other benefits such as completely servicable cam caps. The head has a 3/4" deck, modified oil passages for the cam oiling and yes fully threaded spark plug holes.

Any other questions feel free to ask.

Gregg

I think everyone here wants true dyno numbers (and the supporting mods to go along with it).

Thanks.

What kind of time frame are we looking at? Since they are coming out in a few months, I would hope soon.
