Default Quiet Muffler?

Alright, so I ordered in my new intake manifold, went with the Trickflow manifold, so it should be here in a little while. I won't be doing the install until around christmas, but I got to doing some thinking. I really hate how loud my car is, so I'm looking at getting some quietter mufflers.

The exhaust system on my car right now is JBA headers going into a Steeda Catted H-pipe into a Steeda Racing catback, and the mufflers are basically bolted in. Was wondering, whats is a good really, really quiet muffler that still flows decently?

Yup as already mentioned, SLP powerflos, Magnaflow regular, or regular Borlas, all straight through so they flow very well and are all pretty quiet.
I'd go for SLP Powerflo just because SLP is awesome.

My favorite, quiet low growl muffler is going to be the classic Flowmaster 40 series. It doesn't scream, it doesn't machine gun, it's just nice and mellow and I think you'd be happy with it.

Flowmasters make more noise than the quoted straight through mufflers from the above posts. so i think that the op should get the slp powerflos.

how quiet are we talking about? I want to be able to start my car up at like 2am and not wake up my sisters or anything. I'm trying to get the car as driveable as possible, the most power without any sacrafice in daily driveability, sound, or anything really. I want it to drive like stock, better than stock.

Alrighty, so the Pro Flows are $214 for a pair, and I'll be going dumped.

The Magnaflow mufflers (I could only find general Magnaflow) are $150 for a pair

Bassani's are $200 for a pair before tax and shipping.

borlas are $208 for a pair

Super Turbo mufflers from Hooker are $92 for a pair, and claim to be silent at idle

so, what's going to be the best value, most flowing, while still maintaining near silent opperation?
