Wow, I want to go to this dyno!

All the ones i have been to tend to read low, I guess I never choose well.

Even the dynojet I went to had a bolt-on 2005 GT putting down 262rwhp

yea, that just seems quite a bit too high. I mean it could be because of your car running so lean and that it was cold outside. i mean my car made pretty good numbers...225rwhp stock. but i have a feeling that was because of it being 40 degrees out when i dyno'd it.

From what I've heard the stock upper plenum is quite restrictive. I don't think that accounts for all of it, but that may be why he's out pulling cars with LTs, and definately why he's pulling to 6000. BTW, I'm only about 15 minutes from Atco. What shop did you dyno at and did you get a tune?

Before starting to bad mouth read my sig. IT says 2004 mustang gt *****AUTO***

And it seems right because I have seen GTs with exact same mods(5 speeds) put down about the same numbers. My buddys GT put down 267 RWHP and 310 ft/lbs TQ.

well silvrstang your buddy must be up on a STD dyno just like he was.....im not bad mouthing in anyway, just saying there is no way his car is laying down what full bolt on cars lay down

knock off about ~4% on the 278 and thats what your at roughly SAE wise WHICH is the correct number

i had the same problem as you no one believed my numbers. my dyno chart read 319rwhp with only a mid pipe, cat back, and filter.....i looked at the dyno chart again and it said STD

i dont really see it as a problem, im only going to be getting it tuned there so now i have a baseline. I fixed my air to fuel and i can feel my car driving better and it feels quicker.

It's not a problem, it just appears abnormal.
