Default any good replacement for the 460 head unit?

So my 6cd changer broke, and I want to replace the head unit with something better, maybe a touch screen. Anyone have suggestions on a good unit to look into?

does it fit the entire part where the 6 cd changer came out of? I don't want one of those ghetto rack things they put in to fill the space.
