Well, depends on what position you are you looking from..
Buying: Yes, imo, if it is indeed in excellent condition with no issues; than I think that it is a good deal....not the GREATEST, but not bad.....you could probably talk them down to 8k?
If you are selling the car, than I would be selling it for around $9500+. A friend over at Stangnet was trying to sell his car with 69k miles on it, in excellent condition... for 11k at first, no takers...dropped to 10's...etc. He ended up trading it in for $8500 b/c he couldn't sell it for $9000.
The mileage is a huge factor, and 34K is very low....imo, good luck bro

kbb kind of is thrown out the window with the economy in the position it is in right now. Its all about how vehicles are moving off the floor. If it cant be sold then who cares what it is worth, its all about what the mass will be able to pay.
