Default Replacing 6cd 460 head unit

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...ayphotohosting

and have landed on this head unit, I like all of the options it has. I know nothing really about radios, would this be a good replacement? Easy installation? And is kenwood a good brand to go with?

kewood has been around for awhile and make good stuff, but some people are bias of what brand of stereo equipment they use. almost anything is better than the stock one since some people have problems with them ejecting the cd
