Default HELP PLZ!!

I own a 2000 GT, and 3 weeks ago the low coolant level light came on while I was driving, after a few minutes it magically went off. Now, itīs on again, but this time will not go off, well actually the other day I started up the car and it was off the whole way to my college (10-15 min), started up the car to go back home and it went on again. I have checked the level and itīs fine, why is this happening? is the sensor bad? how do you replace it? is it an expensive fix? Itīs always below 32š here, could the cold weather cause the problem? Should I add some coolant?

Also, I need to replace my clutch, my car has stage 2 comp cams, BBK long tubes, BBK x pipe, accufab tb and plenum, underdrive pulleis, typhoon intake manifold, flowmaster 40 series mufflers, and a JLT cai. Iīm going to be using nitrous once in a while, will a spec stage 1 be enough? Thatīs what I have right now, the old owner replaced it about a year ago and itīs already gone and I know Iīm not a bad driver, I know I can make a clutch least long but maybe a spec stage 1 is not enough, I donīt want to have to replace the clutch every year so what should I do? Thanks.

No worries, I live in New Hampshire. Does it all the time during the winter(I have a 99 GT vert). I do not worry just keep an eye on it, safe way to tell about coolant-if temp gauge goes up or heat kicks out-shut her down. Other than that you should be fine. I also do all my own work to her.

Oh, thank you so much, I was starting to think that I was going to have to replace the sensor, they are known to go bad on mustangs right? Anyway, I do all the work on my own too, but this my first mustang and you know... everytime something goes wrong freaks me out a little...

they all do that. if the 50/50 mixture is wrong it will go off.when i flushed my radiator i filled half antifreeze first then water. but the light was still on. once the thermostat opened up and the antifreeze hit the sender unit it turned off. but that's just what happens with me.
