Depends on what headers u get. My pypes sit up real high.

and OP.. dont spend 300 bucks on some shorties just because u bough a midpipe.. thats LAME your leaving power on the table for sure. u can spend 100 more bucks and get lts and buy a used midpipe for 50 bucks...then sell the midpipe on your car now for 100 and wala

have any 'under the car' shots of your exhaust? (So I could compare how low yours are compared to my current set-up) I can almost tell in your sig, but the camera needs to be just a little closer to the ground.

thanks, and it sounds like a good set-up. Any thoughts on how hard it would be to make them work with my slp x? It is a multi-piece unit, so I'm thinking I could alter it and still run the cats...but idk.

Let me tell ya!

When I originally bought the headers i said what the hell and bought a whole new exhaust setup. i wnet with pypes lts, slp cated x, lm2 catback...

the slp pipe was WAY to long and uses the slip-fit design(most headers use ball and socket) so rather than have to cut the pipe to make it work i just traded it plus cash for a vrs o/r x

dude they are a pain in the *** to install. I have the ceramic coated on my stang, and also be prepared to be thigh ting the bolts on them a bout twice a mount at least and yes if your car is lowered you will hit all over the place. Over all it does change the tone of the car I felt gain on the upper rpm range but it is not bad on the bottom. Might be them patriot heads I installed
