Pi swap, or engine swap?

Pi swap, or engine swap?
So witch would be easier? A pi swap or just dropping a pi motor in? I can rather buy the heads and intake to do the swap or I can just buy the complete motor. It's out of a 2002 mustang GT. If I did the engine swap would I need to change out the computers? What do you guys think?

No you don't need a new ECU. As a matter of fact you can't use another ECU because of the PATS system. If you've ever taken apart a V8 SOHC engine then you'll know that an engine swap is 100x easier. Use the Cars wiring harness.
You'll need a tune as much as you would've if doing the Head swap. What great about the complete engine is you'll get back lots of used up miles. (I went from 101k to 30k on the new engine) Also you'll be able to put on a S/C and not have to worry about the increased compression.

What mileage on the NPI motor currently? What are plans down the road.....N/A or forced induction? If staying N/A..it would be better to do the PI head swap and gain the added compression. If going forced induction....do the motor swap.

But what about the limited Cam selection because of the PTV clearance?
