Well I dont have any experience with it, but I imagine that heat would be an issue.which is why they call them heatons..

Yes I believe so, but I heard the eatons were less efficient in cooling than the others.

if you don't plan on building a shortblock then it would be a good kit, if your looking for big power go kb. its the same eaton as and 03-04 cobra and a gt will already have a lower power threshold because of it being a 2v. if it was so great then cobra guys wouldn't be upgrading to whipples and kbs thats how i see it.

it depends on what torktech kit you are looking at. They have 2 different styles. One is a redesigned magnuson that is suppose to be more efficient and powerful. THe other uses the eaton off of the 03/04 cobra. Both are m112 models but you can see the differences if you look at the comparison on their website.

EDIT: link to comparison - http://shop.torktech.com/faq1.aspx

The eatons are good and inexpensive when running under 13 psi. They are called heaton because when they go over 11 psi they create alot of heat. Also the eaton drops boost when it goes from 13 psi to 10.5 psi. A Kenne bell or a whipple is more efficiant with the same psi. If you had an eaton vs a kenne bell at the same psi the kenne bell would produce better numbers. Still if you are going to do less than 10 psi the eaton is fine...
