OK hello everyone I am new to the forum and new to mustangs just got my first 1996 gt convertable today and The speedometer reads way fast. I was doing around 20 mph and its reads 110. My question is how do I go about fixing this. Also when on the high way doing roughly around 60 mph felt like the speed limiter or govaner kicked in when of the high way traveling around 25 to 45 mph car is fine could the messed up speedo do this?
