03 gt or 99 gt
Hello, both gts are in mint condition with about the same mods. 03 gt is yellow and not crazy about the color and 99 is maroon. 99 is 9500 and 03 is 11000. Just was wondering how much was changed between 99 and 03 and is it worth spending the extra cash. Also 99 has stage 2 cams 373 gears full intake slp full exhaust and headers. 03 has 373s and full exhaust, intake throtlle body and was dyno tuned at 300 rwhp and has sheet to prove. Please give some good advice as I am torn between the two

i find it hard to believe the 03 made 300 just from intake and exhaust. i could see th 99 doing 300 cause of the cams but not the 03, but i would go with the 03 because it has a 3650 for transmission, its supposed to be better tan the 99 5 speed

If the 03 has 300rwhp with a sheet...that must mean that it hase some valvetrain mods as well. And from 99 to 03, the waterpump mounting changed and the transmission went from a t45 to a tremec t3650. The 3650's in the 03-04 GTs are better than the t45. Also, the 99-01's had a different spoiler and different side scoops. The 02-04's had more of a pedastole spoiler and cobra sidescoops. So i would go with the 03 just cus its newer and the 02-04's look better. Not much different look wise but enough to notice. Post up some pictures if you can. That will help us help you.
