NEVER SAW THIS COMIN
when an engine makes power more efficiently because the head cam combo allows it to it makes more power on less boost. less boost is alot less stressful on the bottom end as long as the tune is spot on. which is why you always see 3vs makin 47x with out a built bottom end all the time. but no doubt justin at jpc was tryin to talk the previous owner into an aluminator. but if she blows i will either build my own shortblock or contact mmr about one. in all everyone is titled to their own opinion but for 14 with 30 thousand in it and i KNOW the owner babied this car (there LITERALLY are NO scratches on it) i couldn't pass up the deal.
on a side note, anybody know how much i could get for a set of 4 steeda chrome ultralites?

good going only reading what you wanted to hear!
i was saying deals are out there, hence the cobra for 15.5
then i stated what machs run around here (average, not when youre getting a steal like that cobra)...which is why i stated he coulda spent 2-4 more **than his already 14k** meaning 16-18 and gotten a cobra, which is possible, since ive seen them sold as low as 15.5..... nice reading comprehension skills though, i give you a C- for effort
and what does a mach have that a gt doesnt? 4v heads dont mean **** because of the internals...shaker hood? oh wow...awesome....cant forgot those wheels that add hp? no... stock for stock sure a mach is miles ahead of a gt...but if youre looking to make power you need to build both motors anyways... a built 2v is just as capable as a built 4v... they should have put forged rods in the mach instead of gimping the **** out of it.... i think of machs as the bastard child of a cobra and a gt... cobra design with ****ty gt parts

let me put it to you this way retard. having had an 01 gt and UPGRADING to a mach 1.
i had full bolt on my my GT CAI,T/B,Plenum, Lighweight flywheel, king cobra clutch, TKO500, Lighweight driveshaft, LT's, O/R H, Magnapacks.
and my mach 1 is still faster, stock.....
huh 4v heads dont do anything?... 2v heads to match the 4v's in flow at .500 of lift would have to be in the .8xx of lift range... hmm ok now that said.
the mach 1 has better seats, has 3.55's stock, better tuned suspension oh and better brakes. (rides waaaaaay better)
minus the internals which is only a minor set back when trying to go boosted in N/A power the mach 1 has the gt beat.
also while boosted, the mach 1 still makes more power.

just look for yourself.
so i call bs on a "built" 2v making as much as a 4v. the amount of money spent on getting 2v heads to flow as well as the 4v's would be better spent on buying a 4v motor.

wow...im done arguing this since you obviously dont know how to read anything that i have been typing
im not comparing bolt on cars, and i even said that if your happy with a bolt on car that the gt cant touch the mach
come back when you learn how to read and comprehend the english language
oops sorry forgot to press 1....?
seriously though, everything about the mach is better than the gt except the 1 minor thing, if trying to go forced, all i need are rods and pistons, as you would also want head work. catch my drift?
not saying 2v's are ****, just saying its hard for them to match the flow of the 4v heads.
