Well you need to change several things. A GM uses hydralic system while ford T-56 uses a cable.

Yea my friend got a new transmission for his car and just gave it to me.

i say keep the auto.... i think it is so gay that people do auto to manual swaps..... if you want a manual buy it in the first place not because you feel like less of a man

I don't know either lol. I ran and the dyno the guy said he only seen 6.5 lbs at wot. Belt Slippage maybe, Restrictions somewhere.

you should get that sorted out.you'd be well into the 12's if you were at 8#'s, and making over 350 hp
