I have no change in mpg from when my car was stock. I have 4.10s and as long as I stay out of it I get great gas mileage. Now WOT is a different story, I can actually watch the gas gauge move.

hehe try wot in a 03 cobra svt that needle really drops lmao. took one that i worked on out for test drive after, it had an 1/8th of a tank. well i drove it about 3 miles and that was gone. i had to feather it to the gas station hehe barely made it im sure cuz the needle was as far below the e line as it was above it before. whew

A cobra gets great mileage at WOT compared to me.

No, you won't 'waste' clutch.

+1 there is a reason they didn't come with 4.10s stock....the EPA.

well the clutch is obviously slipping more if you go from a complete stop. Its taking a lot more to engage...higher revs....1st gear is there for some reason, not because they decided they wanted you car to get a worse gas mileage.

Not true, when I do my burnouts at the track I do them in second gear. No slipping.

before my supercharger w/ full bolt ons & 4.10's i would be lucky if i could get 200 miles on a tank. Now with the s/c i get 240 miles on a tank np. Went from 19 to 23-24 miles per gallon.
