Default Horrible 1/4 time in PI GT

I went to the track today ran the car 4 times I didnt spin off the line either time.
the 89 and 93 octane tunes are for the 97 engine with NPI parts.
Also has this white smoke out the Driver side(only) tail pipe see vid

1st ran 17.8 at 86 mph with a 3.2 60 foot on a 87 oct tune for a 97 GT Car wouldnt shift redlining for 3 sec each shift

2nd ran stock tune running 16.9 @ 82 mph with a 3.2 60 foot with almost same result as 1st run
http://s68.photobucket.com/albums/i1...sfasttruck.flv

3rd 93 octane tune running 15.9 @ 86 mph with a 3.1 60 foot car shifted ok
http://s68.photobucket.com/albums/i1...atingJames.flv

4th run 93 octane and manually shifted running 15.7 @ 82 mph with a 3.2 60 foot
http://s68.photobucket.com/albums/i1...nt=mevsgto.flv

The car Feels like it has no torque at all in the lower RPMs with a 3.0 + 60 foot while flooring first and not spinning. Even outside the track I cannot spin in first from a dead stop on street tires.

Could the car be running lean down low?
Could it be the Tunes?
Or what else could cause this problem I have checked all the vacumm lines multiple times.

Im sure it is probably your tune. Cars with obd 2 computers usually have to be adjusted just right for what mods u have. Especially since your car is an electronically controlled auto.

Would that help with the low end torque or just help the shift points? The torque is whats killing my times the shifting I fixed by doing it manually, I was so frustrated after I got my 2nd timeslip.

I know right. when I was NPI I could spin my tires in first to now I cant.

How much would a Dyno tune clost if I already have a SCT tuner?

PI swap = dyno tune time

it depends on the tuner...call around, ive been told 125 and ive been told 450, both with having the tuner...so just call around and talk to local tuners and see what they charge
