allright guys, not really mustang related, but its for the mustang! SO i made a purchase with my debit card. the money was withdrawn from my bank. seller a day later writes an email saying he needs Pay Pal payment. but if the money was withdrawn, shouldnt everything be okay?

if it was an e-check payment then the seller did not receive the funds. e-checks take somewhere around 3-4 business days to clear and show up in the seller's paypal account.

 

Man, really don't know about that one. Before you made your purchase did you see the payment options that the seller had? Contact your bank and tell them what happened and if it's your mistake (not checking the payment options). Contact the seller (before you get a bad mark) tell him what happened and make some other arrangements. Good Luck!!

 

well now i see it says PayPal only. but again, the funds have been withdrawn from my bank.seen it using my online banking. If he wants paypal i could make one i guess, but im not going to pay again till the one funds are refunded back into my bank account.

Yeah man I kinda figured you didn't pay attention to the payment options, lol. I guess your money is somewhere floating somewhere waiting to be returned to you. Dealing with money I would most def go back to your bank and tell them what happened.

+1 on ebay. My friends call me the ebay king. 80% of everything on my car has come from ebay... The OP just didn't verify payment options that's all.

OP, if this seller gives you any issues let us know so that we want do any buisness with this guy.. Seems like a quick fix tho....

problem solved, he accepted it i guess. I assume so since he emailed me a tracking number lol. But thanks for the timely responses! that why i use this forum. good info and quick turn around with the reply's
