install a solid black vinyl "moonstrip" across the top of the OUTSIDE of the window and like someone said earlier trim the tint away from the dots so as to not eff up the whole window. The moonstrip should be about six inches or more down from the top. I did it on my car and it looks fine. Hope this helps
+1000 the place that did my tints was going to put vinyl on the top where the black dots are at.it works perfect, the only reason i didnt do it is because i have 5% tints all around and if i black out the top of the rear window i will be getting pulled over eveyr 5 min.
Can someone post some pics of this alleged "moonstrip" across the OUTSIDE of the window? It just seems to me that a piece of black vinyl across the OUTSIDE TOP of your rear glass would look ridiculous.

I dont have a close up pic of mine, but what i was saying earlier really only applies if you had 5% or darker on the rear window. I probably wouldnt reccomend it wit like 20% because youre right, it would look wierd.
This pic is actually the windsheild but the "moonstrip" that you see is "solid" black vinyl, so just try to imagine it over 5% tint. From the outside you wouldnt even notice it.
Here's the best pic of the rear that i currently have, but you clearly cant see the vinyl.
