Am I one one of these AceHoles? I don't mind helping noobies out, but they can at least give us the courtesy to ask the right questions, in the right way. I have a rep for being hard on the new guys But some of these new guys are some of our best posters & contributers now.

i didnt read anything besides the OP, but i have a MAJOR problem with the mod who moved my picture thread out of this section a couple of days ago..
not only did i provide insight and a warning to people who are interested in the s281 wing, but i also wanted opinions from FELLOW 4.6 section members... I would be very angry if somebody did the same thing to their s281 wing that i did to mine simply bc my thread was MOVED into another section that had nothing to do with a 4.6 and installing the s281 wing
I understand the concept that picture threads shouldn't be allowed (which i think is ridiculous), but when there are 3 other threads that are still in the 4.6 General Section about PICTURES and programs to enhance pictures, i have a serious issue with mine being moved and not theirs (obviously not calling anyone out in any way)...
and i think that the thread should state which mod moves which thread so that i can confront them through PM's... i am not going into the issues/feedback section..

Why won't you go into that section? It just takes a few clicks, and mods usually check the threads there daily.

yea i agree.if you dont want to answer a dumb intake questions dont post and bash the OP.Let the other less-knowledgable guys(like me) help them out with the simple things because making fun of them isnt helping at all.With that being said there are people who just come on here and post ridiculous things that deserve to be corrected.

Why are picture threads outlawed to begin with? When I want to post pics, I don't care to show every Joe Shmoe on MF. I want to show my car to the people that have the same body style as me so they can appreciate and give constructive criticism on what I have done.

I gotta say I haven't seen any smarta$$ posts, probably cause I normally avoid even looking into what seems to be a "noob" post. Only mean one I've seen lately was sxynerd being mean to a noob who wrote a post about racing a 98 cobra w/ his 99 GT and it was just a whole clusterf*ck of words in one paragraph..so he did deserve that one hah.

Was your thread title anything along the lines of "NEW WING, PICS!!!" or did you have something like "BEWARE S281 WING ISSUES"?
Why won't you go into that section? It just takes a few clicks, and mods usually check the threads there daily.
They usually do that in here, but some threads "fall through the cracks". (nothing cool about it, but it happens)

The other Thread was titled "MY HDR PICS" or something like that.. it was a thread about downloading a free program online and playing around with watercoloring on photos... That thread is still here and there are quite a few others.. get real. if you do it for one, do it for all
or better yet, dont do it at all.. keep 4.6 related things in the 4.6 section

Guy, your arrogance isn't going to get you anywhere. And I would say it's completely stupid to say you can name a post anything you want because it's what inside that matters..wrong..both matter. If everyone had there threads named "zzz, xxx, yyy" nobody would know what anything is about..so please understand that. Mods make mistakes too, just like anyone else, so remember that. Bring your arguement up to them seriously, don't be arrogant about it, and I'm not being rude, but from reading something online like that, it seems like you are being arrogant.
I've had my run in with one of the 5.0 mods about him trying to screw me over with something where he was in the complete wrong about, and I brought it up to him nicely, and he respectfully agreed that I was right, he was wrong. Some mods might not do that because they are arrogant themselves, but you need to show equal respect to them if you would like them to take time seeing your point.

and a lot of people "mouse over" the titles of the threads. so titles aren't really ALL that matter IMO
And i would appreciate it if you didn't call me "guy" because i take that as you talking down to me which is disrespect. Thank you

EDIT: Jayc, that thread was made after the fact that my other thread was moved.. I could see why this one would be moved, but the other one i just can't see why it was moved
Last words = if you move my thread, move the other ones that actually have nothing to do with 4.6's. Thank you!
