Pretty sure this was the guy.

clicky

Intall was not as bad as i thought at all. very easy; I did not install it myself, but i helped do it and watched everything done( i didnt feel confident in having such an important thing being installed by someone who hasnt done it before)

hmmm maybe thats what I did wrong (i did it myself). Mine freaks out like every week and I need to recalibrate it. I think I have a loose ground wire

you have to recalibrate them every so many miles, but i am just having issues because of a bad wire somewhere. Usually they are pretty maintainance free

I started with an analog gauge in my car, i hated it, moved to the ngk wideband, and i like it more, eventhough i dont think its accurate after seeing how it compared to the dyno wideband..

I've had great luck out of my LC1 and DB gauge. I don't really see what all the fuss is about the blinking numbers. When you go WOT is the ONLY time a wideband matters anyways, and then the numbers are pretty easy to read/record.

And if you are having calibration issues, then yes it's either some type of wiring error or you need a new gauge.

KEEP YOUR SENSOR RECEIPT WHEN YOU GO GET A NEW ONE!!!! BOSCH #17014. 1 year no questions asked warranty!!! lol
