Default Tuner Help

I was just wondering what tuner to get. I am torn between sniper and sct. I saw the package deal on AM for the gears, oil and a tuner but I hear that sniper is better so you don't have to deal with getting the custom tunes from AM. Just wondering and thanks for the advice.

hey i have the Sniper Special Forces tuning software that i've used previously on my '02 GT, and i am looking to sell it. i just recently had a Vortech put on, and the shop tuned it with their software so i don't need the Sniper anymore. i'm not 100% sure, but you may have to buy another "bullet" to be able to tune your car with it, but if you're interested send me a PM and we'll work out a deal.

Default tuner help

I have not decided on the sniper just trying to figure out the differences between the two. I have a full exhaust setup getting ready to go on along with 4.10's and eventually even more bolt-ons, but why I think I am leaning towards sniper is because as I add more mods, I can make changes myself instead of relying on internet sites and their tunes. I may also want to learn about fine tuning myself and try that but I don't know. Can someone who has seen/used both the sct xcal and sniper give their opinions on both? Thanks again.

Sniper SF is going to win in terms of adjustability right out of the box. I have used 4 tuners(Diablo, SCT, Superchips and SF) and the Sniper has been the best thus far.
