yep. you just need a bracket for your 99. You wont need the FMU that probably comes with it tho

what bracket?

the bracket for the supercharger to the motor i'm guessing/making sure im right

or something else

yes thats the correct bracket. you can pick the correct one up from superchargersonline.com

what a second i just noticed you have a 3.8 not a 4.6. I dont know if it will work on a v6

it still might be the right one for your care. Thats the mounting bracket you need, but you might need a different rotation and/or discharge for a v6. Ask around your 3.8 forums they may know
