Angry Ahhh #$%^#@$%^#& wheel locks!!!!!!!!

Ok so i am super pissed. I lost my wheel key awhile back and i bought a set of lock breakers the other day to take the locks off and install new ones.
so i cannot get the damn lock breaker to fit over the lock to get the lock off.
I bought a set of three dif size lock breakers and they are either too small or too big to where it hits the inside of the rim socket. What the hell!!!! Any tips on how to get these off?
Any one know if a mech shop can do it? if they can, how do they do it?

need to get this done asap as i do not want to catch a flat on the side of the road and be stuck there b/c i cant get this #$%$%$## lock off.
Thanks

Get a 12 pt. socket that will almost fit over the locks, but not quite, and then smack it on with a hammer, and take the locks off. I've bought a couple cars with wheel locks and no keys, and have done it that way both times, works like a charm, just make sure you don't need to use that socket anymore after that

that is what we do at discount tire if our wheel lock tools do not fit

but with the sockets go to sears and or some were to get one with a lifetime warranty and take it back after you get the locks off

Do you thing it will work on round locks?? They are McGard locks. The key fits inside the lock itself.

if you know what company you got the lock from you can call them and tell them the code for your lock and they'll mail you a new key. thats what i had to do. good luck man.

i believe it is 20 dollars for all 4 wheel locks but you may get a nice guy working and they may do it for no charge but i will not guarantee that you will find a guy that will do it for free
