which type of rotor should i go with and list brands from the cheapest(that you would recommend) to the most expensive.

I'm in the same scenario. I already know slotted rotors offer the best look and do in fact help braking (somewhat). Stay away from cross drilled. The best pair i have found is Powerslots. They seem to be extra resistant to corrosion and that's a plus to me.

FRPP drilled/slotted rotors. have had em for 2 years with no problems.

The holes do nothing except make the rotors weak. The slots sweap away micro pad residue that does the true cooling and by essentially cleaning the pad. There's a reason, you've never seen drilled rotors on indy cars or NASCAR.

...but it looks cool buy what you can afford. Don't go cheap whatever you do.

Slotted only keeps the rotors from glazing over during hard braking. Unless your doing alot or any racing, don't even bother.

Blanks FTW, and you can get them at Autozone for cheap

yep, even I use just regular blanks on the street. I only use the slotted rotors when racing
