dude, that small imperfection you showed will nag at you for a very long time. Thats not right. they should send you a new one. It will be worth the wait

What brand is the old/new intercooler. I'm not very impressed with the ebay ones. If I pull off my intercooler and put a straight pipe in it's place I gain 3 psi.

Hell I forget. Just the cheapest bar and plate 31x12x3" I could find on ebay 3 years ago.

what size pulley were you running on the s trim?

I'm using a 3" vortech renegade pulley. I ran 2.8 RR when I was still 6 rib and a stock crank pulley.
