nice numbers, but the torque does seem oddly low.

umm, genious, you're running a 4V, he's running a stock 2V, I can guarantee his heads flow NOWHERE near as much as yours do

my tuner told me the same thing. He said that I have a homemade x-pipe that was a piece of crap lol. So he is getting me some longtube headers and a new x-pipe and going to install everything and tune it for 1100 bucks... he said that if I had just a 3.90 gear and the full exhaust I could get 420RWHP with ease no problems ask and it would be alot safer on the engine, because it would take some stress off or flow better is what he pretty much he said.

I don't understand why people fight me on information when they don't know what they are talking about.

There is the part information for a base GT non HO vortech kit. The kit comes with a 3.6 pulley that is rated 7-9 lbs on a GT. That PSI is rated non intercooled as well which is the same kit the OP has except a T trim head unit. The t trim does NOT make more boost with a comparative size pulley. The t -trim is however rated up to 26 psi whereas the standard s trims are rated only to 18. The standard kit that used to ship which is a v1 -s is rated up to 50,000 rpm impeller speed, while the T trim is rated up to 55,000. The new mustang 99-04 gt systems are now shipping with a v2-sq si trim blower which is almost as good as a t trim. It flows 50 less cfm and can make 22 lbs of boost.

Either your boost gauge is wrong or you have a smaller pulley than a 3.6 on there. A smaller pulley is most likely what you have because when my blower came back upgraded as a t trim it had a 3.33 pulley on it instead of the original 3.6.

I think one of the reasons you are seeing higher boost than normal is that you pushed the motor to higher rpms than normal. Centris build more boost the higher the rpms. Mine is 8.9 psi at 6000 rpms. I think that is where most are rated. You ran yours to 6500.

What is your A/F ratio throughout your power band? My original tune was 385 rwhp/370 rwtq but it was running lean at 6000 rpms. My MAF had reached its limit. To keep it from going lean they tuned it to run rich mid-range. I had a MAFia installed and the motor retuned. I gained mid-range horsepower and torque but lost peak horsepower. It ended up 370/377. If you are running out of fuel and going lean at 6500 rpms they could have tuned the car rich mid-range which might explain the lower torque numbers.

Man I have an autometer gauge and its brand new it cost me 150 bucks and it is pushing 12lbs. and I have a 3.60 inch pulley. Do u want me to take a picture of it and send it to u... I tell u what when i go back to the dyno I will bring 2 boost gauges to prove u wrong and take a picture of the pulley on the car where it says its a 3.60 pulley.. I am not calling u dummy, I am just telling u what I have seen. My tuner cant believe it either. He thought I had a 3.33 pulley until he looked at it. Actualy it almost hit 12.5 to be honest with u.

oh, another thing this is what u wrote: The t trim does NOT make more boost with a comparative size pulley. Now that is false information, call vortech and ask them, because I already have. A T-trim WILL prduce 2-3 more pounds more than a S-trim using the same pulley.

my a/f is 11.6 with 14 degrees timing I believe. Man I think my 3rd gear is going to take a crap already.
