PI Intake Manifold install!!! No Pics!!!
Well I must say it wasn't very difficult however if your looking into it I may have a few tips for you. First and foremost ORDER THE TAP, AND DRILL BIT for the extra sensor before you start. I'm from a semi small town, and we were luckily able to find the tap which is 3/8-18, but the drill bit was 37/64 I believe which most stores only had 31/64 at best. Those things are a pain in the bumm to find there was one in the entire town. Anyway moving on the next thing that is difficult is getting the two bolts for the water pump tube they are behind the drivers side valve cover talk about a pain in the A$$ make sure you have someone with small hands. Other than that it was butter it took about 5 hours total, and that's including replacing the radiator. Also I want to kick the person in the nads that invented those stupid hose clamps... pain in my A$$. The whole reason why I needed to install it was because i'm bolting on a Saleen SC in the next couple of months, and my engine bay would hiss badly along with throwing system too lean codes. Changing the intake took care of everything. So it looks like it's ready for the head swap and sc etc.
Review after install.
Big difference in sound made my exhaust tone drop a few octaves. Performance wise a slight improvement the rpm band feels a little better could also be the new injectors too. All in all maybe a 3-4 out of 10 on the difficulty level just because of some stupid bolts. Can be done with a small socket set 8-13 sized sockets. Hopefully this help someone installing in the near future. Just follow the manual sticky on this site, grab a six pack with your buddy, and you will be just fine.
Exhaust vid to come tomorrow I don't think my neighbors would like me revving at 3 in the morning. Or maybe they will!!!!!!

just so other people know you can use a 9/16" drill bit instead of hunting down the expensive hard to find 37/64" lol. Definitely get the tap online, on ebay i think it was like 6 bucks. I needed it right then and ended up paying 30 some dollars for it.
good luck on your upcoming swap.
