Default 4.10 install kit question

Hey guys I am going to be ordering my frpp 4.10's pretty soon and it has the option from AM to get a Traction LOC rebuild kit w/ carbon disks and also has an option for motive bearing kit and a motive installition kit. My car has a little over 30k on the clock and I am getting these professionally installed. Do I need any of these options of can I just get the gears and the royal purple and be fine?

I'd leave the trac lok alone, and as far as bearings, your only goin to need the inner pinion bearing and race, the outer pinion bearing and race, new pinion seal, and the 2 differential bearing and races if you want. With those low miles, I'd say you can get away with just the pinion bearings and seal, 3 quarts of fluid, some RTV for the cover... You should be set.

So generally speaking, you need the gears and bearing kit? That should cover everything you need to order? Also, I think I know a guy that will charge like $150 or so to install gears for me. That's a pretty good deal, is it not?
