Road Racing / Time Attack Suspension

Nope, thats pretty much the only option. Adding the coilovers to the aftermarket shocks and struts is actually what everyone does for these cars, as it is typically the only option for us mustang enthusiasts. The eibach kit might work well for you, but for others, you have various spring rates to choose from and a lot of different damper choices. Im currently in the process of swapping in an 03 cobra IRS and i will be doing coilovers from MM on all 4 corners with bilstein shocks and struts, and that combo has been proven time and time again to offer great performance with cobra guys. Why dont you like the coilover kits that are add-on to aftermarket shocks/struts??? There is no reason to be.

He wants an all in one thing that is made by a company. He doesnt want to buy the shocks/struts independently that its not like all one piece...which is very narrow minded and completely unnecessary.

If you want to get crazy, griggs and agent 47 makes a SLA front suspension set up that is pretty sweet. Its a massive amount of money though, it relocated the mounting points of the strut.
^thats awesome, wish i had 4.5grand to spend on front suspension...
BTW FLSFC's are a must to start with like jazzer said.

I am doing FLSFC. I am pretty much interested in being able to rebuild my shocks rather than buy new ones. Im not totally oppossed to the Coilover sleeves, i just perfer the other style from past experience.

Um you wont be able to rebuild your struts and shocks to perform well. Just buy a set of bilstein's from MM or a set of koni's from Griggs and pair them with their respective coilover setups. Those will perform just as well as the all-in-one setups will and they will also save you some coin.

FLSFC's are definitely first on the list, I'd recommend only Maximum Motorsports or Griggs for it. The Griggs setup is much more expensive to buy/install since it is a much more involved install.
Next up would be brake pads/braided lines, and if you can swing it, get larger calipers+rotors.
There are a few different routes after that, you can work with the SRA or swap to an IRS. Either is not gonna be as great as what you'd be used to in an import in fully built form.
I wish I had a better back because I want to go SLA so bad, from the test rides I've been on the SLA is a bit harsher than just coilovers/tube k that I have atm.
