Yes, the body shop can blend the side of the bumper if the whole thing is not scratched all over. If It's got holes busted out of it might aswell replace it though.

File a report unless he's a friend. I had some lady open her door and scratch my bumper at an arbys. She didn't have ins so I made her pay me $100 on the spot.

Any real shop will repaint the entire bumper. If not go to a different shop.

his not a friend we used to be untill last year he egged my old mustang and i hit him in the face, its funny how it was him again how his car rolled back n hit my new saleen.

Oh f*ck file a report asap. If he egged your mustang as year ago, I'd file a report in a heartbeat. For the most part, the time I hit someone and asked not to report it to ins, I followed through. Hella hurt my savings account but there are people out there that will follow through and do the right thing!

yes, police said i didn't need to file becuse no one was in the car, lol 4k in damage, the guy thinks im tying to jack up the price of the esto to do more stuff to my car.
