new track times

I agree my ET seems proportionate to my 60ft, but the traps are nuts.
My one buddy has a 1995 Cobra with HCI, and 3.73 gear w/BFG drag radials. His best was a 13.2 @108 w/2.0 60ft.
My other buddy has a 2006 GTO with bolt ons and cam w/stock gear on BFG drags as well, and his best was a 12.5 @ 116 w/2.0 60ft.
It was clear that even guys with drag radials had trouble hooking, so considering that, i think i did okay for street tires.
I also ran a 1999 LS1 Trans Am. He was an auto (i ran him n/a on that run) with bolt ons and a 3.73 gear with street tires. He ran a 13.3 @ 105 w/2.0 60ft. Even though he beat me i was surprised he trapped less than me.
Milan Dragway is a well know track out here. I would be surprised if their timing equipment was that far off, but anything is possible.

He's not arguing that his ET's are great agarr....
But if you look at his best run *if it is indeed not a mistake* there is TONS TONS TONS of room for improvement.
13.6 with a 2.2 60' alone leads me to believe the car has a 13 flat in it...but then if you consider the trap, there's probably high 12's without too much issue at all....
all assuming the trap is not too far off...which I personally believe it may be....

108 is nuts. Another member that has about the same mods (including the drive shaft, but with 3.73s) ran a 14.xx but trapped 105. I have trapped as high as 104, sans drive shaft mod with DRs (but vert's are SO HEAVY).
I think it would be **** if the OP went again at a different track and trapped 108ish. He might just be a pair of slicks away from a 12 second all motor pass...maybe.

No one is saying that your lying but your trap is way off what it should be for a full bolton 2v. Its common for the sensors to mess up once in a while and post errors. Check the s/s section its a comon thing.

With drag radials you should be way faster, make sure tires are your next mod. If I were you I would get a set of track wheels. But a bolt-on 2V can't hit a 108 w/o major weight reduction thats for sure. My car ran 12.9's but I was only hitting 105 mph at a track decently close to sea level. Granted my 60's were better, even some wheel spin wouldnt have made me trap any higher really. And with the elevation of Milan, your trap has to be a few mph off.
If there is another track around, I would try it. Although I know Milan is a well known track so its sensor being wrong is odd.
