Well I guess technically my AF is leaner at that range, but not by much.

I can't even remember since the last time I datalogged, but I do know it was leaner from 1400-3000RPM

That's probably your WOT tune. At cruise and partial throttle it's probably a lot leaner. That's when I get the slight hiccup I call it. It use to be worse were it would want to back fire a little also.

I think there's unspent fuel at these rpms at partial throttle when the swirl dam is missing. But I'm no tuner

sorry sent you a pm. just put it on and I'm getting tuning help from Pat at Sniper.

My car kind of feels a very slight bucking if I cruise constant at about 2000 rpms. My AFR's are in the high 14's

Go add 2* of timing global and take it for a drive. Then come back and let me know how it worked out. If it works I'll do it.

I would do it now but I have my fuel system down and cleaning the filters. Damn hot weather is boiling my fuel and getting me vapor lock. Now I have to keep a full tank all the time until I can afford a pump speed controler.

Sounds like a lean condition and goes leaner during tip in. What is the a/f reading during tip in at those rpms?

Mine is 15.1-15.5 though out that rpm range at part throttle. At WOT it drops to 11.5 like its supposed to but still hesitates a bit. It's hard to tell since it runs through those rpms so fast at WOT.
