Default service engine soon

Hey guys,
I have a pretty general and stupid question, but thought i would start here first as you all usually have great feedback. I have a 2001 GT, I am the original owner that keeps impeccable maintenance of my baby. I just recently took my Stang out of winter storage 1 week ago and I now have a service engine soon light. Last year I installed a Mac Prochamber exhaust with no cats and did not have any problems all year...... could my new warning light be a symptom of that? What other "problems" could my ride have that would trigger the warning light?

Thanks guys

Start with getting the code read, much easier that way. Autozone/Advanced do it for free.
