Default What would you do?

So I bought a 2000 Mustang GT automatic in May of 2008. It came with a few nice aftermarket parts (bullit rims,CAI, UDP's) It has 51k miles on it now.

I have a friend who is willing to buy it for $7500-$8000. I Kind of really want to get a 5spd in the years between 2001-2004 or possibly a 1999 or 2001 cobra with under 75k miles for a little more.

Would you do this? or would you just keep the 2000 Auto GT? I do not drive alot of traffic, mostly highway and back roads! I feel the 5spd maybe more fun. Would this be a decent trade off? Just kind of seeing what you guys think!

(i have found a 2002 mineral grey 5spd with bassani exhaust, bullit wheels, and 26k miles for $7200, only problem was it was hit in the rear, but was repaired so it has a rebuilt title i believe!)

Trob- thanks for the input! also where in Kentucky are you located? I will be going down to the University of Kentucky in Lexington for college this summer (late august) always helps if you get to know ppl in the area ha!

JJ03- also thanks for your input! i figured if i can get a 2002 or newer with close to the same mileage and only have to add like $1000 it wouldnt be too bad!

so far i have contacted people on the following cars
-2002 mineral grey mustag gt 5spd 26k miles rebuild title- $7200
-2004 mineral grey mustang gt 5spd 41k miles, clean title- $8000+
-2001 silver mustang Cobra 67k (was hit and repaired, guy said front suspension is a little tweaked so i asked him about it)
