Default Rough Idle problem

I have a 02 GT supercharged and it has always had a sort of weird idle that isnt too consistant sounding and has an odd ping sound (not necessarily actual pinging its just if you spelt the sound coming out it would probably be "ping") but i just got a sniper tuner and it has the same idle sound but not seems slightly more pronounced. There is a hyperlink to the idle at the bottom. Anyone know why it is doing this and how i could fix it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

What mufflers do you have? Sounds like broken mufflers or cats.

I have flowmaster 40 series and an offroad mac prochamber. the driver side midpipe/manifold connection leaks but i wouldnt think it would cause that. Do you think that leak would make that sound?

No. Sounds like the muffler is broken.

you think maybe a baffle broke off? how would i tell if that was the problem? just take the mufflers off and shake them around? its a welded system so it might be sort of hard but i guess its worth checking
