Flowmasters are only made in aluminized steel. So you might have mac flowpaths because mac does make stainless steel mufflers. They might also be corsa, bassani, magnaflow, borla, the list goes on. Take a picture of the muffler and post it and we should be able to tell you what mufflers they are...but they aint flowmasters.

That's false. Flowmaster DID make a SS muffler for a while. The muffler shop I go to has them, they were discontinued I think.

They are SS though.

Not sure if that's what that guy has or not. Post a pic!

If you want the 40s go with an o/r h pipe..sounds mean. The x has too much rasp. All my friends run 40s with either o/r h or o/r x. I prefer the h for chambered mufflers. I run an o/r x paired with magnapacks. Overall, my car sounds the meanest..they all agree too.

Flowmaster made SS mufflers a looooong time ago according to my mechanic. I asked him to get me some when i put my exhaust on over a year and a half ago and he said that they are no longer made. And plus i heard they sounded like a$$.

I have long tubes, o/r x and dumped 40's... I wouldn't call it the best sounding system but I wouldn't call it poop or reverberated poop for that matter.

I spend all of my moneys on my car.. otherwise I would buy a camera and post a sound clip.
