Nice ride man, Go with gears and a tune. I personally have an automatic with a brenspeed tune and it completely woke up the car. I am going to get my gears put in this week (going with 3.73's because i do a lot of highway driving. I live in Tampa and we are doing a cruise on the 27th if you want to come. Im gonna have fun making her fast though...Hey guys she has a k&n filter already(that whistles pretty loud already) do you think i would get decent hp if i get a CAI or would the gain be not worth the trouble?

Bad news,,i never actually looked at the filter of my car since it was a gift, so i just checked and the air lid box just had a k and n sticker on it so i assumed it had a K&n, I looked inside of it and there was no filter, then i crawled under the car to see the tube that was going downward(silencer??) to make sure and nothing, just emptyness, now im worried, Thats why its sounded so good when i accelerated. What should I do ASAP tomorrow? Im going to advance auto parts, buy the stock filter?? or will I get the performance of a CAI of i just buy a K&N filter that will fit in the stock box.

Go get an air filter immediately tomorrow. If possible don't drive the car to get it, borrow your parents car or something. I would get the K&N if you can afford it, they will fit in the stock intake.Great looking car though man. Even though it's an auto and vert' it's black so therefore it's the fastest color, so you're good.

damn..no filter? deff go get one and dont drive the car till you put one in. and just to be safe i'd check all the other basic maint. stuff.
Performance wise a set of 4.10 gears and a tune will wake your car right up! they are the best mod i've done so far.
