I don't think a carnauba wax would go well over zaino personally. Zaino is one of the types of polishes that you must layer it on to get the best effect. I had seven layers on a carbon blue toyota celica and taking a picture in the paint was like taking a picture in the mirror. It's extremely easy to use too...

 

did you mean sealant? you can't layer a polish (if it really is a polish, they are for correcting the paint not protection). If it is a sealant then you can put a carnauba wax on top...

 

once you switch over to zaino it should be the only product applied no carnauba on top of it. only the zaino system.
