if you have a stock plenum your suffocating your engine. I would do plenum and lca's

Lakewood-Traction-Action-Lift-Bars
This is the control arm kit I ordered.. I had this on my old car and it worked awesome.. I thought they quit making it but I ran across it again. Also ordered a Trickflow plenum today..

Has anyone ever ran 4 cyl. fox body springs in there cars? Someone was telling me to try that to get better launch times, but would the spring rates be strong enough for my car?
