I wish that I could get my suspension to look like that! :P not to mention those wheels look really good, they remind me of the special edition transam wheels.

Yes it is a common problem with the T45 transmission. Best solution is make sure you come to a complete stop, put the car in neutral, and release the clutch pedal. Then push the pedal back down and slide the shifter into reverse. Just a little quirk about these cars. You should avoid power shifting too because the transmission is easily the weakest link in the drivetrain. Lucky for you you got a car that was very well taken care of
