gotta friend wanting to know how much a pain in tha *** it'd be to swap out a 6cyl for a v8 in a 99'-04' mustang. and also a 04'+ as well. goin w/a4.6l?

There is more to the swap than just the engine. You will still have the 7.5" rear end. You might as well just sell the car like said and buy a V8.

if he does go through with the swap i would buy a donor wrecked GT or cobra or whatever..that way you have everything you need.

Engine, tranny, rear end, harness, cluster. Then you still have V6 suspension....

Buy a GT instead.
