It might be time to upgrade!

It might be time to upgrade!
So today I went with 2 friends to a dealership to look at a Ford GT and stumbled upon a Cobra that I totally fell for and am really considering buying. What do you guys think?
They have an entire mod list that I haven't got to see yet, but from what I saw by looking at it, this is what I noted:
2001 SVT Cobra with 03 Cobra drivetrain
-Built 4v with Eaton blower
-2.760 pulley
-Decent sized FMIC
-T-56 tranny
-Termi fuel system
-JLT intake
-Magnaflow exhaust
-2000 Cobra R wheels with meh tires with alot of tread
-Very clean all around
-A few blackout appearance mods
-Looks like it's got a prokit
-TOTAL SLEEPER!
Mileage: 52587
Price: $13,995
It's basically a Terminator hidden inside the body of a 01 Cobra. I love the "wolf in sheeps clothing" idea and would probably paint the intercooler black to try to hide it more.
The thing is, it is not a good time for me to buy a new car. Not don't get me wrong, I can 100% afford this car without having to sacrifice much, but I am a college student and if I can't get the car with a payment pretty close to my current one I won't buy it. It's all going to come down to whether or not the bank will let me finance an 01 for more than 3 years. I'm hoping that since it is technically a collectors car they will look at it that way and allow it, although I might get stuck with some bs interest rate like 7% on 4 or 5 years.
I would be trading in my baby for this. My 2004 GT that is absolutely pristine and built to my preference with hand-picked mods. In the past week I've spent $900 on it and that hurts if I were to just trade it now. I would be taking my fr500s off my GT and putting the stock ones back on to trade it. Then I would put the fr500s on the Cobra and sell the y2k wheels to adjust the price difference between the two cars.
My GT:
So total cost involved without talking them down yet (which I am extremely good at and have done very well in the past):
Cobra price: $13,995
GT trade-in: $10,500-11,000
Cobra R wheels: -$1000
Total approximate cost difference: $1,995-2,495
