Default opinion on wheels..get in here!

Ok so im thinking about changing to OEM 03-04 cobra wheels. what do you guys think? Its either that or get some 17x9 bullitts up front, the stockers aint doing it for me. a local guy said he would sell me his terminator wheels and BFG tires for $500, is that a good deal? i offered him 300 without tires but might just get the tires too. whats your alls take on this?

get something different!

Save up and get CCW's or TF's! They will look sick on your car.

I'd say be different, but do what you want. What's the condition of the tires? Lots of tread life or no? 500 sounds like a goo deal for a quick set up.

I actually like the wheels you have on your car but I understand why you wouldn't want the stock wheels forever . 03/04 chrome or polished wheels would be a nice step up. Some fr500s in silver (or MAYBE anthracite) would look really good I think also.

I would stay away from lots of spokes if you go chrome. It would be too busy with the red. I would say no solid black wheels for sure with the red you have and I'd have to see black first before I could give an honest opinion.

Personally, I think your car looks amazing with silver colored wheels and it looks good with 17"s because of the drop. I think if you go 18"s you will want a little more which means you should mess with more components (ball joints, tie-rods, end links). I would avoid that if I had it to do over again.

This tard has his wheels posted under both hypercoated and anthracite and with the lighting I can't tell for sure what they are. They are 18s also but at least you get an idea. I think they look good and I would prefer the hypercoated (lighter silver) over the anthracite for a redfire car.

These are anthracite 17s also on redfire

And anthracite 18s on redfire
