i thought you said it was a t3/t4 which usually means a t3 hotside t4 coldside i believe? if its a t04b flange then its just a regular t4 flange and it would work but a 58mm wheel is still pretty small. if your still lookin for a turbo on the cheap look for somethin like and h1e holset or a t4 flanged hx40, maybe even an hx50 for a 4v.
