Default Mickey Thompson DR HELP

went to the track today, i think my 60 ft of 1.99-2.1 could be better, i dont think im launching/running my tires at the correct psi...
i have a fully built rear with 31 spline moser axles, cobra posi diff, and 3.73 gears on Mickey thompson 265/40/18.

wat psi should i run them at the track?
wat psi should i be running for normal driving (there back around town)?
wat rpm should i be launching at?

i was running them at 14 psi and launching at 3200 rpms..any advice based on that?

its a 2004 GT with full exhaust (headers back), an intake, and short throw shifter

How long were your burnouts? How did you launch?

I wouldn't expect much better with that set-up.

This would do better in street/strip. Not sure about the rpm launch, but I would think 3200 is high enough. MT recommends 14-18psi on those tires. A 4-6 second burnout should be fine.

Here, read up. http://www.mickeythompsontires.com/tech.php

for DRs and a built rear I would think you could rev it higher.
Are you spinning/bogging on the launch?
