Hey everyone,

My car is currently undergoing a face lift!!! I bought an 03 cobra bumper(from traysGT if anyone is interested) and a carbon fiber 3" cowl hood(lakai5). The bumper is a great piece and ive been told by numerous people that C.A.P.A bumpers fit awesome and the hood just arrived at the body shop this morning and my dad, who hates carbon fiber, said the hood looks awesome. So the car has been at the shop for a week now but isnt finished due to some complications with the painter's family, but it should be done by next monday or tuesday. Im gonna try to get some pictures of the hood somehow from the body shop or from my dad but until i get the car i wont have pics. Im sooooo excited for my car to finally look really good as it hasnt ever since i bought it. And the hood is getting this paint scheme...

Its that infamous saleen with the VIS cf hood with the outer sides of the hood painted and its gonna have that same silver pinstripe, or maybe dsg/darker silver to match my anthracite wheels. But its gonna look pretty similar on a blue car. I cant wait to get it back and show everyone. I know its not gonna be everyone's taste but I think it'll look really cool. Its unique cus ive only ever seen that saleen and another car ever to have that kinda paint scheme and the other one was painted...not CF. Lemme know what you guys think from what your mind's eye of what the car will look like.

I think that's going to look really good but I would agree something darker would look better...but I like following the saleen paint scheme.
