Default What to do and what not to do!

Needs some pointers here! Once I get my off road x-pipe and shorty headers I am going to install them myself since I heard it's not too hard of a job. Does anyone have any pointers and things I should make sure that I do when doing the work and things that I make sure I don't do? Heard that changing the headers is a tricky job. Any and all replies would be appreciated.

Kind of have to buy the shorty headers. Already bought the full length off road x-pipe, not the shorty x-pipe.

Make sure you get an exhaust gasket
Goes between passenger side X pipe and header

What do you suggest I do? Already bought the full length x-pipe and I want to get rid of the stock headers since they're too dang constrictive. So, ideas???

Cut your losses and sell the x-pipe or return it. Either that or make it a shorty x-pipe. Also, you will need either a tuner or MIL's if you have an offroad pipe or else you'll get a check engine light.

Shorty headers are just as constrictive bro. I have them thanks to the previous owner of my car, they suck.
