yeah it seems like the LS1 swap is common in just about every car, but this is really interesting, looking forward to seeing how this turns out

those bimmers can make some power. i have a buddy with a homemade turbo kit on his 325 that kept up with my h/c/i Notch from a roll. i would pull out a nose ahead of him then i couldnt pull anymore.

I haven't been able to work on it as much as I like. Im thinking about painting the engine bay tomorrow.
